Returns and Refunds Policy
15-Day Return Policy: You have 15 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Contact us at support@zaabitmall.com to initiate the return.
Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Certain items like perishables, custom products, and personal care goods cannot be returned.
Exchanges: For a faster exchange, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
EU 3-Day Cooling Off Period: If shipping to the EU, you can cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason. The item must meet return criteria.
Refunds: We’ll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 10 business days. Contact us at support@zaabitmall.com if more than 15 business days pass since return approval.
